I like your food, a lot. However, after reading the continued immature posts of one of your employees on Facebook regarding a poor tip, and the fact they posted the persons address, I won't be returning and will advise other against it as well. While I agree the tip was inappropriate, the behavior of your employees is completely acceptable. You simply cannot treat customers the way this employee did.
